Guidelines for making environmental claims (ISO14021)
Via the ISO 14021 directive for environmental claims, businesses are stimulated to substantiate the effect of their environmental claims. The claims must be specific, transparent, verifiable and reliable. The directive was drawn up so that the user is able to compare the various options and consequently make a wise and environmentally‑friendly decision. FP follows this directive.
